The provider makes the Briefing Engine – an AI‑powered governance decision support tool – available to the pilot customer free of charge for a test period. The purpose is to generate governance briefings as part of the pilot program.
The Briefing Engine is a decision support tool. It does not replace legal advice, legal review, or a compliance certificate. The provided briefings do not substitute independent legal or professional review. The pilot customer is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the briefings.
The provider's maximum liability is limited to €0 (as the pilot is free). The system does not involve automated individual decision‑making with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Both parties treat all information exchanged during the pilot as confidential. The provider only processes the data provided by the pilot customer (questions, sources). No data is shared with third parties or used for training. Processed data is stored for a maximum of 3 years. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 14 days' notice in writing (by email). The provider reserves the right to terminate the pilot program without notice in case of misuse or violation of this agreement.
After the pilot period ends, there is no automatic renewal or payment obligation. Continued use requires a separate agreement. Pilot customers who sign an annual contract within 30 days after the pilot end receive a 20% discount on the first annual period.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments must be in writing.
